We really got great value for our money at Plato'S Academy Home in Athens. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely balcony for breakfast. The location was a bit away from the main tourist area, but we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and found it easy to access other parts of the city. The staff, especially Elias, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Our host was beyond amazing - so friendly and informative! The studio felt like home with its well-equipped kitchen and functional amenities. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. The location was safe and convenient, with nearby markets and even a fire station! Elias, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay incredible - giving us a tour of the city and local neighborhood, and even showing us the hidden gem of Plato's Academy archaeological site. He provided detailed information before our arrival, making everything so easy. The apartment had everything we needed and the hosts lived nearby for any additional needs. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We had an amazing time in Athens, thanks to Elias and his fantastic accommodation!

The air-conditioned studio apartment was cozy and perfect for me as a solo traveler. The bedroom with the double murphy bed and built-in wardrobe was comfortable and convenient. The well-equipped kitchen and small balcony added charm to the space. The location in the city center was a bonus!
The only thing I didn't love was the narrow street view from the balcony. But hey, it's just my personal preference.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and tidy room that had everything we needed. The location was great, just a short walk to the main squares but still in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel staff, especially Elias, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and gave us valuable advice. The hotel is very close to the bus station, making it convenient for transportation. Additionally, there is a fantastic Greek taverna right nearby with delicious food.
Not obvious to find.

We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. the convenient bus stop right outside the door made it easy to explore the city. On the day of our departure, when taxis were on strike, Elias went above and beyond to help us arrange alternative transportation to the airport. we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Plato's Academy Home as a home away from home. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.

Had a blast exploring the area, even played basketball! Safety features were on point. Loved the in-room fitness. The archaeological park really took me back in time. Had the whole apartment to myself. Supermarkets, restaurants, and gyms just a short walk away. Offered DVD players.
So sad that I couldn't clone myself to fully enjoy all the amenities!

Our romantic escape to this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff provided us with all the necessary recommendations even before we arrived at our destination. This was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of time and effort in planning our activities. The apartment itself was clean and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. We also loved the fact that there were local restaurants and pubs nearby, giving us a taste of the authentic local cuisine and atmosphere.
While our overall experience was fantastic, it did take us a bit of time to find the hotel initially. However, once we got our bearings, this was not a major issue.
